GUI: Too much scroll using the scroll wheel in Load Game list

Description
During gameplay, in Ctrl+F5 > Load, scrolling the mousewheel makes too much scrolling happen, and I have to wait for some animation to finish before I can accurately select the game I want. Video attached.

I'll go farther and say that "fluid scrolling" has completely ruined trackpad scrolling for me in any list: launcher, save/restore, file browser... I am genuinely baffled as to how to respond to these regressions.
