Begin playing a game such that in MENU the "Continue Game" option is available.
In MENU, do "More Nancy Drew!", then DONE, then any of Help, Credits, or "Game Setup", then return to menu (Done/etc).
In original, "Continue Game" continues to be available.
But in ScummVM, "Continue Game" is inactive and can't be clicked. (To reactivate it, visit "More Nancy Drew!" again.)
