Unable to sync cloud games between 2.9.1 (Linux) and 2.9.1.1 (Android)

Description
The current version in Android is 2.9.1.1, but the one for Linux is 2.9.1
When I try to sync games between them, I get a "This saved game was created with a different version of the game" error
As far as I've tried, there's no solution because I can't run 2.9.1 in Android anymore, and 2.9.1.1 isn't available for other systems

I think you are misunderstanding the issue here. It does not matter that the ScummVM version is different, and this is not checked.
The error you are quoting seems to be from the SCI engine. For SCI games savegames are specific to a version of the games, and cannot be shared with other versions of the same game. It seems you do not have the same version of the game you are trying to play on Linux and on your Android device. If you have multiple versions of the same game, you may also need to check that the same game ID (that you can see and edit in the Game Options in ScummVM) is used for the same version of the game on Linux and Android so that the samegames are used with the correct versions.

@Ganso Please confirm if this resolves the issue you are observing. If no further information / comment is received within 7 days, this bug will be closed as invalid.

Suggested workaround: Don't check subversion when loading cloud games (2.9.1.0 == 2.9.1.1)
Suggested permanent fix: Instead of checking the full ScummVM version, use the version of the cloud/savegame engine
