Description
There is a bug at the german floppy version of samnmax with build of
ScummVM 0.2.0 devel Built on Apr 16 2002 18:15:42
When i play "Wak A Rat" to get the flashlight and the game is over at the top left "Sieger" (Winner) is shown but it dont go back to the circus to collect the flashlight but it's possible to go in debug mode and switch the room manual. maybe it's only a bug of the german version

This is a timing issue. Wait, it will go back after about a minute or so. We'll look into it later, but we know about this one and it's kind of complex to fix.
The same problem can happen in DOTT when the newspapers flash on screen.
If it seriously doesn't unfreeze after a minute, reopen this bug... I've been known to be on :)
