Description
It continually thinks I'm trying to leave instead, and keeps telling me I can't over and over. I can't get past it. Sounds like this might be an old bug in the game itself, so I'm unsure anything can be done about it.
Autosave in the room is included.

Hello, thanks for reporting this and including a save. I can reproduce this from scratch with floppy version 1.1, and that's the same version you have.
I will try to take a closer look this week. The bug does not occur in floppy 1.0 or CD, and I see that floppy 1.1 has suspicious obstacle coordinate changes in this room, so this could be a pathfinding issue.
Congratulations on sticking with the disk version!

This fix will appear in the next daily build, but the save file you posted will still be broken. You'll have to use one before entering the cave. If you don't have one, I can try to repair the save file.
Thanks again for reporting. Could it be that no one has ever completed this version of QFG4 in ScummVM?

It's entirely possible. I did find another set of weirdness around Baba Yaga in this version, I could make another ticket and attach a save file if you want to check it out. I do have a save before entering the cave, so I'll grab the daily and try it out. Thanks for such a speedy response! Thanks for caring at all! I love ScummVM and every time I've ever reported anything, or requested a feature, somebody has done it. You folks are probably the best developers of anything, ever, haha. I want ScummVM to be all it can be, it's my preferred way to run basically all of these old games on modern hardware.

Using dev build from the 25th, if that helps
tried with dev build from today (29th) for fun, no difference
