DIRECTOR: DEVTOOLS: Detection Table Tool for Adding Games \ Software

Because director was used to make hundreds if not thousands pieces of software & games, Its unreasonable to ask someone on the ScummVM team to add something to the detection table every time a user finds something made in director, it increases the workload on the developers and could lead to unintentional harassment (Something I been trying to avoid)

So, I'm requesting a tool to be made that lets users with little to no programming knowledge add Games \ Software to Director Detection Table. Simplifying adding titles to the detection table would also help developers, allowing them to quickly add games or software to the table and get to debugging untested titles with fewer steps needed.

The Director engine would greatly benefit from a tool like this to do how many things were made with it. I would imagine getting the tool running would require quite a bit of work, and how the tool get distributed will need to be discussed, as the only ones who should be given access to it, are those willing to follow the rules.
