I found the games crashed on Macos with the 5MB default for TinyGL context, so I might increase it by default. It will need more fixes though, there's a bunch of things that don't really render right in TinyGL like the dialog boxes which are black-on-black.
That doesn't seem to be the same error as shown in the screenshot though (tglTexImage2D: invalid internalformat), I'm not sure what is going on there.

Just to confirm: the crash at the bell (ERROR: Allocator out of memory: couldn't allocate more memory from linear allocator.!) occurs in both renderers (Open GL with shaders/Software) in the latest daily build. I've attached a screenshot.

Closing this ticket as fixed, after the recent fixes for Tetraedge, and for issues exposed by the Mac editions of Syberia 1 and 2 in the master branch (for 3.0.0git).
The author responded in another ticket that the games were (shortly) tested and don't crash anymore.

From the screenshot it looks like you're using the software renderer which is not as good and has various issues. Have you tried with the OpenGL backend instead? (Change it from Game Options -> Graphics -> Game 3D Renderer)
