SCUMM: FM-TOWNS: Indy4 (Atlantis) is silent if MT-32 is set as preferred audio device

Description
Windows 10, ScummVM 1.9.0
The FM-Towns version of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis doesn't play any sound effects or music if MT-32 is set as the preferred audio device.
If I set the preferred audio device to anything else (be it MIDI, AdLib, or FM-Towns Audio) the game's sound effects and music work as expected.

I have just tested INDY4 FM-TOWNS and there really isn't any sound at startup with MT-32. So I have now committed a fix to remove that option.

There was a recent discussion about this on Discord (engine-scumm channel, March 1st to March 2nd, 2025)
A member (Benny) mentioned that the MT-32 tracks for FoA were mostly stripped. Quote:
"For FM Towns the roland tracks have been mostly stripped out of FOA (there's only 13) but they are still all there in MI2"
