GUI: HTML character codes not being parsed in Publisher groupings

Description

From the ScummVM launcher, if I select the option to group my games by publisher, it appears that HTML character codes are not being properly parsed for the display. For example, if you add the Mission Supernova games, the publisher group is displayed as "THOMAS & STEFFEN DINGE". See the attached screenshot.

I can see this happening in the current daily build (2.10.0git14134-gc5cdfdf680d), on Windows 11.

This allows to parse XML metadata correctly.

Fix #15839.
