    99Debug log shows that it's looking for a "fullpipe.gam" file that does not exist in the demo's files. If I rename the "IV.GAM" file to "fullpipe.gam" then loading proceeds (seemingly) but then I subsequently get a "crash to debugger" (the debugger window comes up) with the text:
