NGI: DEMO: Full Pipe Russian 97 demo from the ScummVM demos page does not load

I've tested with ScummVM 2.9.0 and 2.10.0git (recent build from master HEAD) on Windows 10.
The first Russian demo for Full Pipe ("fullpipe-97-demo-ru"), which is the smaller one of the two Russian demos available in the ScummVM demos page and also is the one directly visible if the user doesn't press on the the "+" to expand the demos list for this game, does not run on ScummVM.
It says:
Error running game: game data not found
Debug log shows that it's looking for a "fullpipe.gam" file that does not exist in the demo's files. If I rename the "IV.GAM" file to "fullpipe.gam" then loading proceeds (seemingly) but then I subsequently get a "crash to debugger" (the debugger window comes up) with the text:
ERROR: GameLoader::load(): old gameProjectVersion: 5!
