FREESCAPE: Missing status animations in Total Eclipse

Description
The original versions of Total Eclipse had a beating heart animation on the status bar (that speeds up with lower health) and a water bubble animation. These are missing.

The water bubble animation should be easy to add, but the beating heart requires to understand how fast changes when health decreases and that's still unknown. Anyway, this is a duplicate of #15045, so I'm closing it.
