SCUMM: Support the Mac GUI in the demo version of Indy 4

Description
When starting the demo version of Indy 4, it displays the message box "Could not find the 'Fate of Atlantis' Macintosh executable. Mac GUI will not be shown."

As far as I can tell, the executable is there with the name "Indy Demo", it's just that it requires quite a bit more work than just adding it to the list of executable names.

I experienced that too; maybe it comes from the fact that the demo that we host was made when we used not to care much for the original executables?
Maybe there's a way to recover the original demo executable and fix our demo .zip in order to include it? I don't know what source was used back then for providing that demo, though.
