BACKENDS: iOS: Preferred touch mode setting is backwards for 'In Menus'

Description
In Global Settings > Backend you can choose the preferred touch mode for menus. Currently, setting it to 'Touchpad Emulation' makes it use 'Direct Mouse' and vice versa. The 2D and 3D Games options work correctly, it's just the Menus.
