ULTIMA8: Original Cheats Not Available

Description
The following cheat functions are not active in ScummVM:
Hackmover (H Key): Most anything can be moved. People cannot be picked up, but can be dropped from a deadly height.
Power Avatar (P Key): The game's god-mode. Invulnerable and endless mana.
Footpads (F Key): Displays a grid over the gameworld.
Egg Bounds (E Key): Displays egg boundaries.

The other functions are available as console commands (Ctrl+Alt+d to open console)
Cheat::toggle (marks player a cheater and enables the other cheat commands)
Cheat::toggleInvincibility - power avatar
GameMapGump::toggleFootpads - shows footpad bounds of all object
Ultima8Engine::togglePaintEditorItems - shows eggs and other editor items
