AGS: The Blackwell Legacy - Music keeps playing on dev commentary

Description
In version 3.5e of the game, some changes have been made to the music playback.
Using the original AGS interpreter, the music is turned off when a dev commentary is played.
Using ScummVM, the music keeps playing. This is demonstrated here:
