I set the dialog speed to 0 to try to see if I could avoid it auto-progressing like it does by default (I hate that it does that).

When I inspect things, or when characters speak outside of formal dialog, the dialog stays forever, and overlaps with the formal dialog lines when they do talk.

In bd382aff:

ULTIMA8: Prevent overlapping barks per actor.
Track the current bark gump per item and close previous before starting a new one. Barks are also dismissed when item leave fast area. Fixes #15103
