Language: Japanese (for disambiguation). Loading screen has old English interface (incl. its "©1996") but with Japanese voiceovers. Dunno about the rest of the app as even the original executable is being difficult.

Note: This is distinct from the D4 version detected for CD2 of Star Trek: Borg (1996). It's also significantly smaller. The entire folder is 5.26 MB for the DVD, whereas the CD version's OMNIBORG.DXR is 6.61 MB and has 78MB of assets including QuickTime movies.
