TWP: Interrupting a speech line is not completely correct (animation / timings)

Description
There are actually two bugs, that happen anywhere but are more noticeable with long texts.
To reproduce:
[bug 1]
1- Examine the wallet
2- While the character is speaking, examine another inventory item.
3- The speech is correctly interrupted, but the animation continues and the new line is not played immediately
[bug 2]
1- Examine the wallet
2- Press '.' to skip the line (it will properly stop speech and animation)
3- Examine something else. The character will start the speaking animation but the speech (and text) will be delayed
