#15075 closed defect (fixed)
TWP: Characters' default expression is wrong

Description
Was correct before, so this is a recent regression.
Any character (before they speak, or when loading a game) now default to the "surprised" expression instead of their "neutral" expression. This is immediately noticeable during the first cutscene with the agents. The issue affects any character, playable or not (e.g. Dave in the diner, the people at the ComiCon, etc).

I just pulled the code and rebuilt, but unfortunately doesn't seem to be fixed. I started from the beginning and the issue is still there (you can even see it during the tutorial before he starts speaking)

Additionally, (may be related) I noticed that sometimes the mouth/eyes animations may get stuck (e.g. Reyes walking around with his eyes closed).
I can't reproduce the issue consistently, but it never happened in my older playthroughs.
