ULTIMA4: Title screen not displaying correctly

Description
Ultima 4 Title screen has a few glithes.
- It's missing the "Lord British" logo at the top of the sceen.
- "Origin Systems, Inc." should be underlined in red.
- The word "The" is missing from the title, Quest for "the" Avatar
- Though not captured in the screen shot, the word "presents" initial displays as a pink/purple box before it displays correctly.
