SCUMM: Layering problems in front of office in Sam & Max

System: Windows 10
ScummVM: 2.8.0
Game version: German CD

The are layering problems in front of the office of Sam and Max. When standing directly in front of the stairs, Sam's left arm is erased by an invisible box. Meanwhile, when walking to the right, Sam's sprite is drawn on top of the stone railing instead of behind it.

Both instances have screenshots. I also do not know if that is a ScummVM problem, or an original script bug (I don't have the time try try DosBox right now).

Original game behavior when testing with DREAMM.

Thanks fusefib for confirming it; I don't think we can do anything about it: if there is this kind of overlap, it means that the z-buffer for the background section is missing, or the box is missing, and these are both things for which we have no control and would be pretty cumbersome to patch.

All right, an error of the original which would be next to impossible to fix and doesn't impede gameplay. Case closed.
