M4: Orion Burger: Volume not correctly adjusted

Description
Two issues I encountered, but they are potentially associated.
- In classic game menu, the Sound is shown to be max, but eventually this is not max as on ScummVM options.
- when starting a game, the sound volume is set back to a default value, even if changed within ScummVM (e.g. ScummVM volume max). The sound volume only gets correctly set after going to ScummVM options and confirm volume level with OK (no changes needed!).
