Orion Burger: Soft Lock when save/load on roof of barber

Description
When you save on the roof of the barber and THEN load the game, the game ends in a soft lock, as the script for the barber going up to fix the satellite dish is not starting.
Info: Savegame is BEFORE moving the dish, so you have to save after moving the dish. (not sure if the savegame AFTER would be helpful)

I have a question for this one, when I am now reload on the rooftop, the whole scene got reset and Wilbur has to change the satellite dish again. Is this the intended behavior? As it can confuse the player.

Congrats. Looks like another bug in the original game has been identified. I've added in a workaround to basically reset the associated flag on loading the savegame.
