Orion Burger: Double Wilbur in Test 5

When Wilbur gives the band leader Vibe the dog collar in Test 5, the animation stuck on screen and a stuck version of Wilbur stays on screen. I tested to leave the screen and also had one time a crash when returning, but couldn't reproduce it. But in my normal playthrough all other scenes in the diner just played out as expected beside the error graphics around the duplicate.
