Orion Burger: objects not showing in Test 4

Description
In Test 4, I noticed at least two missing graphics.
The flush chain is going missing after Wilbur used it. Another one is the fan, which shows as expected with the Bork attached. But the fan is not showing, when the Bork is not attached. Interesting enough, it shows later in the game while Wilbur enters the room for a very short time and then vanishs.
