SCI: QFG4: Burgomeister Doesn't Always Close Window at Sunset

I am using ScummVM version 2.8.0.

In Quest for Glory IV, when you are standing in the Western part of Town, the Burgomeister is supposed to reach through his window and close the shutters at sunset, whether or not he is leaning out the window when you are on the screen. However, I am discovering that sometimes he does not do this.

I am playing the English GOG version of the game.

I am running the game on Windows 10 Home, version 22H2.
