PRIVATE: use original cursors from the exe

Description
ScummVM allows to read cursor data from windows executables, so the private engine should try to use the original ones, instead of the reimplemented versions.

Also the color palette should be obtained from the current color palette, instead of using a new one to make sure better compatibility with some backends.
