WIN32: Drive letters in browser_lastpath are punycoded in scummvm.ini

On current master, drive letters for the browser_lastpath variable are punycoded, but still functional (trying to add new games opens the correct folder):

browser_lastpath=xn--D-da5o/folder

instead of

browser_lastpath=D:\folder

This does not happen in 2.8.0 though - possibly related to the latest changes to path handling?

I've been noticing a lot of path issues this last week related to this. I think all new paths are getting written out this way.

  • If you add a game with a nightly build right now from master, the game is broken in 2.8.0 release.
  • For any game with a default config, Game Options \ Paths displays an explicit Save Path instead of default. It looks like the "is this the default directory?" check has been broken
