After this patch:

After this correction, there are noises, rustles when music is played

Thank you for bisecting the issue, I think I might know where the problem is. That said, can you please let me know what system you're testing with, and if there are any other games where this occurs as well?

OS: Windows 10 x64

I haven't noticed any other games with this problem yet
