since last few daily builts, the game crashes scummvm completly after skipping the intro. then when the 3 caracters appears right at the beginning, there is also a graphical glitch and then the crash happens. there is no error message logged, only the crash.

As of today the win64 daily builds should no longer crash, I'll close this bugreport.
The corrupted flipped sprite is already known and also affects other games (I'll add that to bug #14633

The AGS engine is broken in daily builds. If you are on windows, I suggest downloading the 32 bit version. That should work for MM deluxe at least
