AGS: Wrong tinting (bluish) in various games

This issue too is related to the graphical optimizations (see #14633)
Some games that use colored overlays or apply tints to sprites don't work properly, always showing a bluish hue.
This is clearly noticeable for example in:
- The Excavation of Hob's barrow
- Among Thorns
- I want out!
- Downfall

After the recent fixes the issue seems to be solved :)

The ticket seems to have been closed prematurely; the changes that "fixed" the issue were actually just me enabling the AVX2 path, which does not exhibit the same behavior. Commit 56377af2ae78a00bae133a019b7cb29e68e97b9d is the actual fix, and the bluish tint is now gone in all paths.
