Weird voice problem

Description
Switched to configuration /home/hp/.scummvmrc ScummVM 0.5.7cvs (Feb 16 2004 01:13:10) Features compiled in: Vorbis MP3 ALSA zLib MPEG2
One line of dialog keeps showing and ken talks "slow" for that line (which should be "excuse me sir, but you are in the way")
save included, just load er up and wait a second. Or talk to ken and ask him to press the button (don't move)

When I try it with the freeware CD version (0.0368), the voice is indeed slow, but the text looks ok to me.
When I try it with the CD version I bought on eBay before 0.5.0 was released (0.0372), I get the text bug but the voice sounds fine.

Now I don't get the text bug with 0.0372. Odd, though themmaster mentioned playing at fast speed which has been known to cause text glitches in other places.
Anyway, I've applied a workaround to assume these two particular lines of speech are sampled at 22050 Hz (instead of 11025 Hz) in 0.0368. Are there any other versions that need to be handled? Are there any non-English talkies that I've inadvertently ruined?

SAVEGAME.003? That can't be a Beneath a Steel Sky savegame, can it? This looks more like a Broken Sword I savegame.
