WETLANDS: missing korean text in the localized release

Description
Wetlands was released in Korea including voices and text in its native language. While some of the text is implemented as images, the rest is read as a font. @phcoder already did the heavy lifting implemented reading the font from the specific file.
However, most of the Korean text should be manually matched from the executable memory and it is still missing. I will be taking care of this.
