With this patch you will enjoy Might and Migic 4-5 much more!
It replaces colored gem that show hitpoints with the bars as in MM6 game and newer.
Moreover negative hp, boosted values of hp and sp also shown.
It is a noticeable change to original game so I adding this as an option.
You need to re-add the game to scummvm for this option to show up in settings.
