SCI: PQ2: Cannot buy ticket to Steelton at airport

According to several solutions for this game, your partner Keith is supposed to call the police department and pay for the ticket. However this is not happening when trying to buy a ticket. I do believe I've done everything right up to this point in the game.
I'm using the GOG DOS version of PQ2.
Attaching a save game. Try to "Buy ticket to Steelton" to reproduce the defect.

Tried with ScummVM 2.7.0 and latest 2.8.0git daily on Windows 10.

Hello, from your saved game you cannot buy the ticket to Steelton.

As far as I can tell you're missing a few required steps.

Try going back to the Police Station and "Give Evidence" to the officer in the evidence booking window.

Also you can get some points with "Look note".

And make sure that your gun shoots straight before heading back to the airport to buy the tickets.

You may have to do "Buy tickets to Steelton" twice; once before Keith calls the HQ and once after to get the tickets.

I've tested this starting from your saved game (178 points), probably re-did some stuff you already had done (look at Colby's file, ask about burglary and prints, call Colby to warn him, call the Steelton police to warn them to look out for Colby), but the above get the additional points and seem to fullfil the requirements for Keith to call the chief and authorise the purchase of tickets.

Before purchasing the tickets I got 187 points.

Now this is embarrassing...
I was pretty sure I already had given the evidence to the officer, but I probably did something wrong and made a restore of a game, and forgot to give the evidence to the officer again.

Sorry for wasting your time. I've now been able to buy a ticket and all is good. Please close this as not a defect.
