GUI: Add scrollable support and a Copy to Clipboard button for the new Log view

Description
This is a feature request for the new Log view window that is accessible from the ScummVM launcher -> Global Options -> Paths -> View (button) next to the log path field.
- Add support for mouse scrolling, since the window's contents can get lengthy.
- Add a "Copy to clipboard" button, so that the user can easily copy the contents and share it online when asking for support.
