SCUMM: FREDDI1: Cursor transparency is broken

Description

It seems that the cursor transparency is broken on Freddi Fish 1.
You can reproduce this by booting up the game, pressing ESC enough times to get to the first section where the cursor show up. You should see the cursor with a black square background surrounding it.

Bisecting the latest changes brings me here:

I tried this on Windows 10 on 2.8.0git, on both SurfaceSDL and OpenGL modes.
