Original Broken Sword 2 GOG version 2.0.0.6 does not detect intro and skips to the first scene

Description
If I add the game folder to Scummvm it fails to detect the game intro located in Extras folder and plays straight from the spider scene.
However if I copy Scummvm to the game\scummvm folder and launch it from that directory, intro is detected.
