The ability to mass remove games

I've encountered this problem where as I've deleted games that I'm finished with, they're still on the list, and I'd rather not have to delete them one at a time. Maybe be able to shift click to select multiple games and then remove them? Or a different option to remove games on the list who's files are no longer present?

The games with no files present are shown in gray color now, unless your games list is extremely big.

You can open the scummvm.ini and delete the entries by yourself (make sure ScummVM is closed at this moment).

Honestly, instead or in addition to mass remove id really like it if the mass add widget had something like 'add only language' filter checkbox. Ignoring things like american English vs British English of course.
