FREESCAPE: intro title sequences are not completely implemented in Driller

Description
Certain Driller releases will show an image or a simple animation during the startup.
DOS:
The intro image is not implemented yet in the US release of Driller (called "Space Station Oblivion").
Amiga/Atari:
The intro image/animation will not be shown correctly. It will displayed in black and white and in some cases distorted.

The intro image is finally implemented for the US release of Driller in CGA and EGA.

This works for every platform, except:
- Driller DOS demo (different format?)
- Amiga/Atari correct palette and animation is not implemented
- C64 images are not read at all
