Unfortunately I do not have save.

There are savegames for scummvm on the official website walkthrough page (at the bottom):

The saves are language independent, I tried reproducing the issue using the "before the end" save but I couldn't. On my system (Win10, ScummVM 2.6.0) the final cutscene plays normally and ends with the dragon talking to the doctor (after the credits roll)

Could you try again using one of those saves?

I finally found autosave - I couldn't simulate the error anymore..
