SAGA: ITE - Bird animation bug outside Dog Castle if you load save at that location.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to outside the Dog Castle
• Observe the animation of the bird landing on the rock
• Save the game at that location
• Load the save you just made

Expected:

• Bird animation continues normally

Actual behavior:

• Bird animation glitches out in an erratic manner, with overlapping repeated loops
• Animation can be reset by leaving the scene and returning

Of note, this bug was not present in original version.
