Description
In the German versions of Pink Panther, the German umlauts (Ä,Ö,Ü,ß) are not displayed in the encyclopedia.

A similar issue is present in the Italian version (and other localized versions, probably) the accented letters (è, ù...) are not displayed and the following two characters are removed. Also for some reason "y" substitutes the "ù"
