Arriving at stonehedge, the sun rises then you should be able to use the mirror on the sun to scare the NPCs, on my save I can't use the mirror. Maybe because I was interacting with the NPCs while the sun was rising and it glitched the interaction point.
This is on the french version of the game.

I loaded up your saved game in the English version. The glitch is still there, but if you click on the stonehedge column to the left, then Pink will move and return back, and the vilains will have a short dialogue. After that the hotspot was no longer glitched for me.
