GUI: Rounded corners not properly implemented on a full square icon in the GUI

Description
There's been discussion about this on the discord and i decided to make a bug report for this.
As you can see in the screenshot i attached, the square regular icon appears out of the box of the border. There's a visible shadow behind it. Vs a transparent icon that looks fine and properly displayed.
All icons in the GUI should looks equal and have rounded corners implemented properly by the GUI.

PR has been merged in a9bf813e865d2ad2f92eab8cd2e9e15f95688989 with a less hacky way.

PR #5106 fixes this but it's kind of hacky.
