Detection Entries for updated Blackwell Unbound and Unavowed (July 18, 2022)

Blackwell Unbound and Unavowed both got updated in July 18, 2022, on GOG and Steam. I could only find a changelog for Unavowed as of yet (​https://www.gog.com/forum/unavowed/unavowed_changelog/post4)

Basically, for all the builds two things are done.

1) Every builds now features the same version number [that should be 1.0.2]
2) More importantly, you can now name your character "Eliza, Elisabeth, Felicity, Belinda". Unless your name is "Eli" or "eli" the game will now allow you to contain 'eli'.

For Blackwell Unbound:
