Retrowave is not enabled on 2.6 Windows Build

Description
Installed 2.6.0-pre candidate build.
(Also true for 2.7.0git development build).
No Retrowave options available in UI.
Set in scummvm.ini:
opl_driver=rwopl3
retrowaveopl3_bus=serial
retrowaveopl3_port=COM5
ScummVM starts and falls back to auto.
Pretty sure this feature is not present in the Windows build, it is present in the documentation. Is it expected in the Windows binaries?

Support for Retrowave OPL3 is not enabled in Win32 for now. I simply don't have the hardware to test it.
