GUI: Show ESRB/PEGI ratings of ScummVM games

Description
This feature could be useful to parents etc who may only want age appropriate games for their kids to show and you could use it to sort games by etc. It may also be useful if you wanted to develop a parental control system for ScummVM.

The launcher already has some info about the game visible (e.g. publisher, series) and the website has some info like Wikipedia page and MobyGames ID.
I suppose there's no reason we couldn't also include ESRB/PEGI ratings if someone wanted to put in the work for it and we could find a good way to source it without too much trouble.
