GUI: Switch CD dialog doesn't have Cancel

Description
When I was trying to get into room 53 in COMI using the console 'room 53' command, I got a dialog which told me to insert CD 2 and press OK. If I did not want this, I should press Cancel to exit. Alas, there was no Cancel button :(

Tough luck. If you cheat using the debugger, you gotta deal with the consequences... And even if you run into the disc swap dialog for "legal" reasons, a cancel button wouldn't make sense (at most a "quit" button, maybe :-).
